About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of b345, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. This agreement is entered into between you (the player) and b345 as the platform operator. These terms apply to all activities on b345 including sports betting, cricket markets, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all other wagering products available on the platform.

By registering an account or continuing to use b345, you acknowledge that you are of legal gambling age, that your use of this platform is voluntary, and that you accept full responsibility for your betting activity. Account Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account with b345, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions at all times. Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

• You may hold only one active account on b345. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other individual. b345 is not liable for losses resulting from shared or compromised login details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your b345 account balance after successful confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Accepted methods include:

General bonus rules that apply across all b345 promotions include the following:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the b345 platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, match-fixing, or sharing information to manipulate outcomes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge and consent.

The b345 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered marks of b345. Unauthorized use of these marks in any form — including on social media, third-party websites, or digital advertising — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

In all cases, b345's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b345 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
